Advantages:

Идеальная чистота - по полу можно ходить босиком. Рядом пятерочка и магнит. Безупречный вайфай (что особенно важно в городе где в принципе нет мобильного интернета).

Disadvantages:

Я не спросила хозяйку заранее, а оказалось что 3 этаж без лифта - для меня многовато. Но хозяйка встретила и сама подняла мой чемодан на этаж. Ещё не было двух важных мелочей - соли и спичек (при газовой плите). Пришлось срочно покупать, оставила для будущих жильцов.
